All was fairly clean, I liked perfect staff and location. The hotel room was neat for my toddler.

I had 1 night in Lucerne, spending the time here lovely. I loved the room with a view. The staff there were amiable and excellent. It had central location close to Old Town Lucerne.

Famous place with helpful staff. The location is in the heart of the city, around 5 minutes walk from a bus station.

I loved the lobby, it was pleasant. Got recently renovated, huge room with a view. All the employees where attentive and accommodating. Eggs, toast and pastries were amazing and overall there was plenty of food.

The stay here was really really nice, appreciated the hotel, it was clean with ideal location very close to landmark and train, the banks. The staff were accommodating, amiable, would love to go back.

moreover, it was easy to park nearby. in the evening we visited da ernesto, set next door to the hotel.

The hotel was right by Lucerne train station. We ate at Da Ernesto, which is only 200 ft away, it suited our needs.
